This wine is my love letter to riesling.  It fuses all the parts I enjoy most about the variety into a single magical form.  For sheer smiling delight I don't think another wine in the world can match kabinett style riesling, it's acidity, delicacy, kiss of sweetness, and fruit, bring forth joy like the sun brings forth the day.  And then with time and age it develops a weight and a complexity that defy belief.  
        There was no need for me to start Entelecheia Wine Cellars, the world has plenty of alcohol, plenty of wine, but I love this style and didn't see much of it being made.  So I stepped out on a limb and brought it to life as best I could.
